Hi! I’m so happy you’re here! Wondering who I am and what Lou & Pine is all about? Consider this a virtual coffee date where I tell you all about who I am, what I do, and how I can help!
The mission of Lou & Pine is to empower women entrepreneurs by providing them with actionable solutions to simplify their businesses and allow them to grow and scale. I do this through offering:
My 1:1 consulting services are your chance to get a personalized plan for streamlining the parts of your business that are holding you up the most. We talk through your growth goals and the kind of help you need to work toward them. Then we come up with a simple-to-follow plan for you to implement changes that are easy to stick to and actually make a difference.
These include detailed process guides to walk you through setting up exactly what will work for your business, time trackers, templates, workbooks, and so many more incredible resources to help you.
This is, honestly, the offer I’m most excited for, as I think I can provide you with a ton of value at a reasonable price point to get you the biggest bang for your buck!
I have so many ways for you to learn how to improve your processes. Through the Lou & Pine newsletter, blog, freebies, and social media content, I share my tips and tricks to get your business organized and working the way that you need it.
To start simply, my name is Erin Grossi. I used to spend my days in a windowless cubicle sending email after email and wondering if I really had to do this same thing for the next 40 years.
I have a bachelors’ degree from Penn State in Supply Chain Management. While in corporate, I was able to put that degree to work managing millions of dollars in inventory and leading my team through major systems changes.
In May 2021, I took a huge leap. I learned that I absolutely did not have to spend the next 40 years in that cubicle and I quit my job to support my family and chase my dreams.
Currently, I spend most of my time at home. hanging out with my 2 toddlers and sweet pup, managing the office of my husband’s HVAC business, and getting my creativity fix by helping female entrepreneurs simplify their businesses.
I’m incredibly passionate about the fact that having good systems and processes is the backbone to running and scaling a business that’s successful long-term. Without solid systems in place, it’s simply not realistic for any entrepreneur to grow their business in a sustainable way.
Also, I think it’s totally possible (and, honestly, preferred) for business owners to learn how to clean up their processes themselves.
I think there is a huge gap in the market right now for someone to empower small business owners to learn how to simplify their own processes. It shouldn’t just be a one-and-done kind of thing. I want to give you the tools and the steps to create any process you need for the lifetime of your business.
You can get my best advice in my weekly newsletter, where I take a deeper dive into actionable strategies to improving your processes. I also share behind-the-scenes peeks into how I find balance and what I’m currently working on or loving that week. I may even share a couple recipes here or there because ya girl loves spending time in the kitchen! You can sign up to receive the newsletter here.
It’s completely possible for you to take a handle of everything you have going on. I’ll help you create space in your calendar and in your brain so you can focus on whatever you want. You can accomplish so much in your business with a little help from L&P, including:
