The mission of Lou & Pine is to empower women entrepreneurs by providing them with actionable solutions to simplify their businesses and allow them to grow and scale.  I do this through offering:

1:1 Consulting

My 1:1 consulting services are your chance to get a personalized plan for streamlining the parts of your business that are holding you up the most.  We talk through your growth goals and the kind of help you need to work toward them.  Then we come up with a simple-to-follow plan for you to implement changes that are easy to stick to and actually make a difference.

Digital products

These include detailed process guides to walk you through setting up exactly what will work for your business, time trackers, templates, workbooks, and so many more incredible resources to help you.

This is, honestly, the offer I’m most excited for, as I think I can provide you with a ton of value at a reasonable price point to get you the biggest bang for your buck!

To start simply, my name is Erin Grossi.  I used to spend my days in a windowless cubicle sending email after email and wondering if I really had to do this same thing for the next 40 years.

I have a bachelors’ degree from Penn State in Supply Chain Management. While in corporate, I was able to put that degree to work managing millions of dollars in inventory and leading my team through major systems changes.

In May 2021, I took a huge leap. I learned that I absolutely did not have to spend the next 40 years in that cubicle and I quit my job to support my family and chase my dreams.

I also share behind-the-scenes peeks into how I find balance and what I’m currently working on or loving that week.
